Admission and Financial Aid
The Student Services Coordinator is Marie Jivan. Marie can be reached at (204) 480-1485 or marie_jivan@umanitoba.ca. Her office is located in 201 Robson Hall.
Career Development Office
The Career Development Office is dedicated to alerting students to upcoming events and to providing job postings for articling, summer and Clerkship positions. In addition, CDO maintains postings for international and volunteer opportunities. The CDO is here to provide students with information on the many opportunities available to law students by coordinating group and individual events throughout the school year and weekly e-mail updates as well as hard copy information.
The staff at the CDO is available to meet with students individually to go over resume skills and help with job searches by providing resources and lists of deadlines throughout Canada. In addition, the CDO presents workshops throughout the school year as well as the Career Fair and On-Campus Interviews which will take play on October 5 and 6, 2010.

Professional Development & Alumni Relations
Professional Development & Alumni works in conjunction with the Career Development Office to develop and deliver programming and information to both students and alumni in the areas of internation, Clerkship and public interest opportunities, as well as coordinating internships. We strive towards keeping alumni informed about Robson Hall by coordinating class reunions, and providing private and group tours (and pictures!) upon request. In addition, we offer services to support our alumni in career development following graduation and Call to the Bar, including details on employment opportunities that we are aware of.
